Wild Terrain made an impressive start to his career when he broke his maiden at the first attempt at Hamilton. He ran green that day but still won comfortably. He has since featured in two hot races but failed to make a mark in either.

I have been really pleased with his work since he was gelded. I think he is off a workable handicap mark, but whether he is well enough handicapped to win a race of this magnitude, I am not sure. There are lots of well-bred and unexposed horses in this field, but we are hopeful of a big run.
