Magpies make long trek for south coast tussle

The Northeast outfit came agonisingly close to victory last time out against Stoke City but, despite showing flashes of spirit, have still clocked-up just one league win this campaign.

Bournemouth (6/5 favourites) have fared little better, winning none of their last six scuffles across all competitions, since a spate of injury blows. As the taste of triumph has been rare for both teams this term, odds of 23/10 for a draw are also tempting.

Newcastle not so net-shy anymore

Newcastle can claw their way out of the drop zone should they slay the south coast club, with the Cherries at threat of slipping into the survival scrap.

The Magpies recently thrashed Norwich City 6-2 to prove they do possess attacking intent, with promising attacking trio Georginio Wijnaldum (6/1 to score first), Ayoze Perez (2/1 to notch anytime) and Aleksandar Mitrovic (7/4) all baring their teeth. Away from the pressures of St James’ Park, the net threats could be too much for Bournemouth to handle.
