Former Premier League and Champions League winning manager Jose Mourinho is in the running for the Celtic managerial job, priced at 11/4 according to our traders.
The Portuguese mastermind behind three of Chelsea’s Premier League titles, Inter Milan’s famous treble in the 2009/10 season, and the historic FC Porto Champions League win in 2004, is available immediately after being out of a job since his departure from Manchester United in December.
Mourinho has also managed at Real Madrid, and has recently been linked with a managerial role at Bayern Munich and Paris-Saint Germain. He’s currently working as a TV pundit for beIN Sports.
“We have seen a number of bets this week on Jose taking charge at Celtic next season and we now make it just 11/4 to happen. It seemed an unlikely match at first but punters seem convinced and he certainly would enjoy the chance to add a few more medals to his collection,” said Coral’s Harry Aitkenhead.
