Dryburgh is 4lb well in following his narrow defeat at Doncaster a week ago, but is now 0-10. Preference is for BEMERSYDE who ran even better than it looked at Chester 13 days ago and the form has since been handsomely franked by the winner. The return to this trip should suit Qarreeb and he makes the shortlist, alongside last month's Newbury winner Brighton View and last autumn's soft-ground nursery winner Ohara.[David Bellingham]
