Andrew Balding has won the last two editions of this race and has two runners in the hat-trick bid. Galiyan - if he's back to his best with the drop back in class - has much better form than Level Look among that pair but the Haggas-trained INFRAAD is at least as good judged on his 1m6f Melrose Handicap win last time and brings an impressive upwardly mobile profile. Galiyan is feared most and the Melrose runner-up Galilean Quality is third on the list.[Richard Austen]
