Monday’s World Cup tips: Russia and Spain to go through as group winners?
Odds and tips for today’s World Cup action

The final round of World Cup group fixtures kick-off today, which will settle who goes through as winners and runners-up of Groups A and B.
Russia and Uruguay have already sewn up their places in the last-16. They face each other with top spot up for grabs. Egypt also take on Saudi Arabia, both hoping to avoid the embarrassment of finishing with zero points.
Over in Group G, Spain and Portugal are level on four points. Iran have three, while Morocco can count themselves unlucky to have failed to pick up any yet.
Spain will be pushing for a win against Morocco in Kaliningrad. Portugal face Iran, with a full preview of that game available right here.
For the rest of today’s fixtures, here are the Coral News Team’s top tips…
Group A
Uruguay v Russia
Russia have shocked everyone, including much of their own support, with their vibrant displays so far. They’ve made the best start of any nation in World Cup history so far.
No team has scored more goals than Stanislav Cherchesov’s side so far (8). Uruguay haven’t really clicked yet, but they have one of the best forward lines in the tournament. Draw and Both Sides to Score is 17/5.
With both sides going for the win, there are likely to be plenty of chances at the Samara Arena. It’s 27/20 that the game produces Over 2.5 Goals.
After emerging as a surprise contender for the Golden Boot, Denis Cheryshev is 3/1 to score anytime for the hosts.
Saudi Arabia v Egypt
It’s been a tough few weeks for Mohamed Salah. Coming off one of the best seasons in Premier League history, injury prevented him from making an impact as Liverpool lost the Champions League final and Egypt have crashed out of the World Cup group stage.
There’s been talk of him considering his international future, but he’s set to be in the starting line-up here.
Group B
Spain v Morocco
Spain haven’t looked watertight at the back though. Morocco could finally get on the scoresheet here. Spain and Both Teams to Score is 21/10.
