Wilder takes a different approach

The fight carries even more relevance after Oleksandr Usyk shocked many in September with a decisive win over Anthony Joshua, with the winner this weekend likely to challenge Usyk next year.

Wilder, 35, has linked up with a new trainer in Malik Scott for the third fight and could be a less predictable fighter this time.

Fury supremely confident

Fury recently described the Alabama knockout artist as “the most dangerous fighter on this planet” but insisted he will defeat him for a second time.

The Gypsy King, who is 11/4 to win by decision or technical decision and 4/9 to score a knockdown, said: “There’s no way that Wilder can beat me. It’s not a thing. He couldn’t beat me after all the years out of the ring and all the weight loss and everything.

“And, when I had a proper training camp for the second one, he got obliterated – and the third time I’m expecting more of the same to be fair.”

He added: “Deontay Wilder is the most dangerous fighter on this planet, all weights, doesn’t matter, Wilder’s the dangerman of them all.”
