Football fans say Mo Salah is Premier League's second greatest foreign player

Liverpool’s title-winning forward, Mo Salah, who has announced he will be leaving the Anfield club at the end of this season, has tied with the Arsenal legend, Thierry Henry, as the second greatest overseas player to star in the Premier League according to a survey of over 1,000 football fans surveyed by bookmaker *Coral. 

15% of those asked believe the Egyptian King has been the greatest import to the league, placing him behind only the former Manchester United forward, Cristiano Ronaldo, who took first place, and level with Henry, in second.

Coral's David Stevens commented:

Mo Salah has been a prolific goalscorer and therefore a massive factor in Liverpool’s successes in recent times, first under Jurgen Klopp, and then as part of Arne Slot's title winning side, and so his place as a great Premier League import was already assured as he brings his time at Anfield to a close.
