
England go into their second ODI with Pakistan 1-0 up after convincingly winning at the Rose Bowl via the Duckworth–Lewis method, though will be wary of their next battle at Lord’s having lost to the Asian nation on this ground the last couple of times.

As mentioned above, Pakistan have fared well recently against England at Lord’s in this form of the game, winning the last two (in 2006 and 2010), and relatively convincingly.

The Punjab-born 31-year-old looked in great touch in the opening ODI, smashing 82 before eventually being dismissed by Adil Rashid.
