Coral Horse Racing: Sunday ITV Races - February 1, 2026
12.55 - Musselburgh (Scottish Supreme Novices’ Hurdle)
TIP: Mossy Fen Road
With only three runners to oppose him, there is little standing in Mossy Fen Road’s way here. Capable of beating class horses and happy on any ground, he should be the best on show here for Harry Derham.
1.10 - Leopardstown (Grade 1 Novice Chase)
TIP: Final Demand
There should be little standing in the way of Final Demand here, who has the best winning claims of all the three Willie Mullins representatives here. He is top rated, unbeaten over fences so far and perfectly at home on testing ground.
1.25 - Musselburgh
TIP: Dedicated Hero
On a competitive mark and trained by Sandy Thomson, whose horses are running and holding their form well, this seven-year-old will need a career best here, but looks well enough placed in the weights to do so.
1.40 - Leopardstown (Grade 1 Novice Hurdle)
TIP: Starting Fifteen e/w
Having finished just a length behind favourite Talk The Talk in a maiden at Limerick, this five-year-old is a talented individual. He won his next start in convincing fashion on heavy ground, and he could make the placings here if handling conditions again.
1.55 - Musselburgh
TIP: Parisencore
Nicky Richards has been flying this season, so his veteran Parisencore makes some appeal here, down to a tempting mark and having been slowly improving throughout his runs this term so far. Danny McMenamin in the saddle is an asset too.
2.10 - Leopardstown (Dublin Chase)
TIP: Found A Fifty
Beneath his best last time out at this track, Gordon Elliott’s stable star has beaten plenty of his opponents before and could recapture his better form, especially given softer ground than last time. The trainer’s form is excellent and this horse can bounce back.
2.30 - Musselburgh
TIP: The Hatchet e/w
Given five pounds by his rider, this Lucinda Russell and Michael Scudamore-trained six-year-old has been consistent in his racing so far and could improve for going handicapping today, given better going than when last seen at Ayr.
2.45 - Leopardstown (Leopardstown Handicap Chase)
TIP: Uncle Pat e/w
Given seven pounds by his rider, Uncle Pat could prove to be at a workable mark still and he goes well on ground like this. Further progress could be expected carrying bottom weight and he can outrun his odds.
3.05 - Musselburgh (Edinburgh National)
TIP: Bodhisattva
This John McConnell-trained Irish raider could be down to a winnable mark now and a big step forward could be expected from his first and only run of the season at Kelso in December. He has three pounds in hand from his claiming rider, and could be a big player.
3.20 - Leopardstown (Irish Champion Hurdle)
TIP: Lossiemouth
This formidable mare appears to have very few chinks in her armour, having won top class races on all ground and over both two miles and two and a half miles. She should be the winner once again.
3.40 - Musselburgh
Tip: Ahoy Senor e/w
A savage stayer on his best form, Ahoy Senor is known for his unreliability but is brilliant on his best days. Into handicap company for the first time since 2024, he could be at a nice mark if taking the mood to win today, and he remains the stables’ first string with Derek Fox on board.
