Coral Horse Racing: Wolverhampton Tips - December 13, 2025
A pound further down the handicap from last time out when he wasn’t beaten far in midfield, this new recruit of Michael Herrington’s looks competitive under Rob Hornby.
Beaten just a neck last time out at Lingfield, the smallest beaten margin on show, this filly of Clive Cox’s can build on that experience and could win this today.
The sort to do well up in class and down in the weights, Richard Fahey’s consistent gelding looks able to win this based on his last two starts, but also has seven pounds in hand from his rider.
A type who rarely runs a poor race, Zryan should be able to win off this mark, having come down a pound since last time, and may appreciate this slight step up in trip.
This is a weak-looking maiden and, given that this Kodiac gelding improved to a good extent on his debut when last seen at Chelmsford, finishing second, further progress can be expected here.
Down to a new low mark, Jack Morland’s gelding can win this in a first-time visor, but he does have a wide draw to contend with, though his prominent running style suggests this won’t be too great a disadvantage.
Ridden by Billy Loughnane for his father Mark, this six-year-old has come down to a tempting mark and, as a course and distance winner, looks to have his next winning opportunity here.
Staying on the same mark as when a fair fourth of 10 over two furlongs further, this Ed Dunlop-trained three-year-old is better over a mile and looks well placed to win now.
There are several horse racing meets on December 13, and Coral has previewed them all.
