Having won over course and distance on seasonal reappearance, there is little to stop Moon Rocket from going back to back in this two-runner race.
Given five pounds by Fern O’Brien, who got a good tune out of the horse last time, Liliting Verse appears to have benefitted somewhat from a summer wind surgery and she can continue to progress for the season here.
A good quality winner on the Flat, Mickey Bowen’s new starter has already proven that he can perform on softer ground and represents a stable doing well with those new to hurdling.
Rebecca Curtis’ horses have been running well lately and this seven-year-old looks to be on a workable mark here, but also has five pounds in hand from rider Jamie Brace.
With good form from last term in junior hurdles, Nicky Henderson’s son of Postponed can run in keeping with the handler’s excellent current strike rate in this four-runner race.
Given a useful 10 pounds by her conditional rider this mare could go well on the soft ground to get back to winning ways over a trip she is proven to stay.
Maybe jumping off at an each-way value price, this Katy Price-trained gelding does his best work on soft ground and could be some value for a place at least.
There are several horse racing meets on December 12, and Coral has previewed them all.
