Another Thursday means another chance for Coral customers to see what the five upcoming thrilling Premier League Darts fixtures have to offer odds-wise, as the biggest names from the PDC once again take to the oche.
There are potentially profitable punts aplenty on Night 11, but it is the tough tussle between tungsten titans Michael van Gerwen and Gary Anderson in particular that has tickled our fancy as bet of the day, with a 9/2 price for the pair to tie for most 180s on the night incredibly tempting.
Want to know why this darting dabble is worth picking? Read on…
It is Dave Chisnall, already ousted from the current Premier League Darts competition who is unofficially known as the Maximums Man but, in fact, it is Van Gerwen and Anderson who rank as the top two for most 180s notched across all tournaments for the past two years.
With a combined incredible haul of 1,235 maximums between them, this pair of prolific perfect scorers face each other on Thursday with much to play for with just two points separating the duo in their Play-Offs quest.

So far this season between them, MvG and The Flying Scotsman have clocked up the most, or joint most, 180s on six occasions across 10 evenings of action, with Mighty Mike slightly edging the Scot 4-2, having hit 41 perfect scores to Anderson’s still excellent 30. Though, the past two match nights are the best indicator of form, with each finishing top of the 180 chart once.
Now Belfast beckons with the world number one and world champion perfectly poised, having contested the 2015 Premier League Darts final and won three each of their last six battles.

We expect them to go at it hammer and tongs with not much to choose between them and there is a historical precedent for them running each other agonisingly close for 180s, with Mighty Mike and The Flying Scotsman clocking up 58 and 57 maximums in the 2015 Premier League respectively.
Now, fresh from retaining his crown as world champion, having lead for highest number maximums in the 2016 PDC Darts World Championship, Anderson faces indomitable power scorer Van Gerwen, which makes that 4/1 price for the pair to tie for most 180s a bet worth taking.
