By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this Cheltenham Festival Day Three Hospitality Prize Draw (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed here.

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Players (defined below) from 09:00am (UK time) on 19/02/2026 to 23:59pm (UK time) on 22/02/2026 (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to real money customers of www.coral.co.uk (the “Website”) who:
   1. are over 18 years old;
   2. are located in the UK or ROI;
   3. have a verified Website account;
   4. are members of the Coral Racing Club;
   5. have opted-in; and
   6. are eligible to receive Website promotions for the duration of the Promotional Period.

3. Deposits made via Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill or via any pre-payment card and certain debit cards will NOT qualify for this Promotion.
4. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Sports Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
5. Winners and their invited guests will be required to satisfy any age, ID verification, responsible gambling, or other checks that the Promoter may perform in order to ensure the prizes are administered fairly, responsibly and meet the eligible criteria to receive the Prizes or participate in events.
6. The winners may be required to provide the Promoter with additional information and documents in order to satisfy such checks. Any failure to provide such information or documents, or to satisfy such checks will result in the winning entrant forfeiting the prize.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION 

7. To participate in this Promotion, an Eligible Player must opt in and place a single or multiple bets totalling of/up to £/€10 on Horse Racing only with minimum odds of 1/2 (1.5) per leg or higher during the Promotional Period (the “Qualifying Bet(s)”).
8. Qualifying Bets which are cashed out will not count towards this Promotion.
9. For every Qualifying Bet placed an Eligible Player will receive one (1) prize draw entry.
10. Maximum 10 prize draw entries per Eligible Player per Promotional Period.

PRIZE DRAW SPECIFIC TERMS

11. The Prize Draw will take place by 12 midday on 25/02/26. The winners will be chosen at random by an online random number generator.
12. There will be a total of 4 winners chosen.
13. The prize that the winners will win, will be a hospitality experience on day three at the Cheltenham Festival on 12/03/26 for themselves and a guest (the “Prize”).
14. The winners will be contacted by the Promoter via email and/or telephone number associated with their Website account within 48 hours of the winners being drawn to accept their Prize (a “Winning Notification”).
15. By participating to this Promotion, Eligible Players agree to be contacted via email and/or phone call. 
16. The Promoter will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winners. The winner will have until 23:59 on 01/03/26 to accept their place at the Event. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available or has not claimed their Prize by 01/03/26, the Promoter reserves the right to select a new entrant from all Eligible Players who have entered the Prize Draw.
17. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if a winner is not able to take up the Prize.
18. It is the responsibility of all Eligible Players to make sure their email address and contact telephone numbers are correct on their Website account.
19. Prizes are non-transferable. 
20. Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash at any time. 

PRIZES SPECFIC TERMS

21. The Prize for the hospitality experience at Cheltenham Races on 12/03/26 will include:
    1. 1 Club Admission ticket for each winner and their invited guest;
    2. entry to the Racing Breaks Legends Lounge;
    3. complimentary bar including beer, house wines and soft drinks; and
    4. £15 food voucher to be used at food outlets at the racecourse on raceday (12/03/26).
22. The Prize does not include transport, accommodation, travel insurance, the cost of transfers to and from airports or stations (as applicable), spending money, tax or personal expenses.
23. Any other costs incurred in addition to those set out above and that are incidental to the fulfilment of the Prize are the responsibility of the winner.
24. The winners and their invited guest must both be over 18 years old.
25. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been provided, and if such proof is not provided, to disqualify the winner. In this instance, another winner will be selected.
26. The Promoter will not be responsible for any cancellation or alterations to any element of the Prize that is outside of their control. The Promoter will not be responsible for the inability of winner or their invited guests to take up the Prize.
27. It is the sole responsibility of the winners and their invited guests to meet any third-party providers’ terms and conditions. Neither the Promoter, nor the Prize provider, shall have responsibility for lost tickets or missed race days for this reason.
28. The Prize is non-transferable, and cannot be sold, traded, transferred, refunded or redeemed for cash value.
29. The Prize is subject to availability. The Promoter reserves the right to substitute or change the prize for a reasonable alternative of equal value. There is no cash alternative for the Prize, in whole or in part, and the Prize is not negotiable or transferable.
30. Delivery of the Prize will be made by registered post within 30 working days or, in the case that an event date is beyond 30 days, within 5 days of the event taking place.

USE OF INFORMATION

31. Entrants’ first name and/or county may be announced on the Coral Racing Club and/or Coral X (Twitter) account within 28 days of the Promotional Period closing. Should an entrant not want to have their first name and/or county published, they should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotection@entaingroup.com.
32. When relevant, winners will be required to facilitate guest details and provide information to comply with age, ID verification, responsible gambling or other checks to verify guests are suitable to participate or attend events when certain criteria are required (e.g., sufficient legal age to participate in events, etc..).
33. By participating in this Promotion, each Eligible Player agrees that any personal information (including guest details) provided in connection with the Promotion may be held and used by the Promoter (and/or its agents and suppliers) in order to administer the prizes and contact winners.
34. Eligible Players have the right to exercise their rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) by contacting dataprotection@entaingroup.com.
35. The Promoter will use all personal data in accordance with their privacy policy and the relevant data protection legislation.

GENERAL TERMS

36. Promoter: LC International Limited registered in Gibraltar under the number 46808 and having its registered office at Suite 6, Atlantic Suites, Europort Avenue, Gibraltar.
37. The Promoter may place restrictions on a player’s account in order to comply with its legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that a player can participate in. The Promoter will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect a player’s ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
38. The Promoter reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion from anyone who does not qualify or is excluded from the Promoter’s offers and/or promotions under the General Website Terms & Conditions.
39. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
40. The Promoter reserves the right to change and/or end any promotion at any time, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons, including where necessary to prevent fraud or other unlawful behaviour.
41. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to a player’s account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with our General Terms and Conditions. This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Website Promotion.
42. We reserve the right to change or end any Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.
