PROMOTIONAL PERIOD
1. This Sports Promotion is available to qualifying customers from 09:00 on 20/08/2025 until 23:59 on 23/08/2025. (the “Promotional Period”)

ELIGIBILITY
2. This Promotion is available to customers of www.coral.co.uk (the “Website”) who:
a. are over 18 years old;
b. are located in the UK or ROI;
c. have a verified Website account;
d. are members of the Coral Racing Club; and
e. are eligible to receive Website bonuses for the duration of the Promotional Period.

3. Deposits made via Neteller, PayPal, Paysafe, Skrill or via any pre-payment card and certain debit cards will NOT qualify for this Promotion.
4. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Sports Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.
5. Winners and their invited guests will be required to satisfy any age, ID verification, responsible gambling, or other checks that the Promoter may perform in order to ensure the prizes are administered fairly, responsibly and meet the eligible criteria to receive the Prizes or participate in events. The winners may be required to provide the Promoter with additional information and documents in order to satisfy such checks. Any failure to provide such information or documents, or to satisfy such checks will result in the winning entrant forfeiting the prize.

HOW TO QUALIFY FOR THIS SPORTS PROMOTION
6. To qualify for this Promotion, an Eligible Player must opt-in and place one or more Qualifying Bet(s), worth a total of £/€50 or more, during the Promotional Period.
7. A “Qualifying Bet” is a bet that complies with the following requirements:
a. it has a minimum odds of 1/2 (1.5) per leg or greater.
b. it includes horse racing markets only.
c. it is placed using real money only.
8. Qualifying Bets which are cashed out will not count towards this Promotion.
9. Eligible Players who have qualified during the Promotional Period will receive one (1) prize draw entry. Maximum one prize draw entry per Eligible Player.

PRIZE DRAW SPECIFIC CONDITIONS
10. The Prize Draw will take place within 72 hours of the Promotional Period closing and two winners will be selected by a random number generator.
11. The prize for the each of the two winners will be: a hospitality package for two people at the York Coral Sprint Trophy Day and a hospitality package for the Birmingham City v Hull City football match (details below) (the “Prize”).
12. The winners will be contacted by the Promoter via email and/or telephone number associated with their Coral account within 48 hours of the winners being drawn to accept their Prize (a “Winning Notification”).
13. It is an Eligible Player’s responsibility to ensure that accurate and up-to-date information is saved in their Coral account in order to be contacted.
14. The winners must respond to the Winning Notification by Sunday 31st August 2025 to confirm acceptance. Failure to claim the Prize may result in forfeit. If the Promoter deems the Prize to have been forfeited another winner may be chosen to receive the Prize.

PRIZES SPECFIC CONDITIONS
15. The hospitality prize package for Coral Sprint Trophy Day at York Racecourse on Saturday 11th October 2025 includes:
a. one Premier Enclosure ticket for each winner and their invited guest;
b. entry to the Coral Racing Club hospitality box;
c. two-course buffet; and
d. complimentary bar including beer, house wines and soft drinks
16. The hospitality prize package for Birmingham City vs Hull City on Saturday 18th October 2025 includes:
a. one matchday ticket for each winner and their invited guest;
b. entry to the Jewel hospitality room 2.5 hours before kick-off until 1 hour after the full-time whistle;
c. five-course dining experience; and
d. complimentary bar including beer, house wines, spirits and soft drinks.
17. A reimbursement of up to £200 will be provided to each winner to cover travel and accommodation expenses across both events. No other expenses incurred to attend the events will be reimbursed.
18. After receiving the Winning Notification, winners will have to provide the following to the Promoter’s Sponsorship & Events team (sponsorshipandevents@entaingroup.com):
a. copy of a bank statement, not older than 3 months, to verify the details of the bank account to be used for travel and accommodation expenses reimbursement purposes.
19. The travel expenses incurred by the winner (up to a maximum of £200) will be reimbursed via bank transfer on the week commencing 20.10.2025. Proof of purchase including receipts for travel (petrol, train/bus tickets etc.) and hotel expenses must be provided in order to process reimbursement. The money should reach the winner’s bank account within 5 working days from when the bank transfer is made.
20. The winners and their invited guest must both be over 18 years old.
21. The Promoter reserves the right to withhold the Prize unless proof of age and/or identity has been provided, and if such proof is not provided, to disqualify the winner. In this instance, another winner will be selected.
22. The Promoter will not be responsible for any cancellation or alterations to any element of the Prize that is outside of their control. The Promoter will not be responsible for the inability of winner or their invited guests to take up the Prize.
23. It is the sole responsibility of the winners and their invited guests to meet any third-party providers’ terms and conditions. Neither the Promoter, nor the Prize provider, shall have responsibility for lost tickets or missed race days for this reason.
24. The Prize shall be procured and delivered to the winners by the Promoter.
25. The Prize is non-transferable, and cannot be sold, traded, transferred, refunded or redeemed for cash value.
26. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

USE OF INFORMATION
27. Entrants’ first name and/or county may be announced on the Coral Racing Club and/or Coral X (Twitter) account within 28 days of the Promotional Period closing. Should an entrant not want to have their first name and/or county published, they should notify the Promoter as soon as possible at dataprotection@entaingroup.com.
28. When relevant, winners will be required to facilitate guest details and provide information to comply with age, ID verification, responsible gambling or other checks to verify guests are suitable to participate or attend events when certain criteria are required (e.g., sufficient legal age to participate in events, etc..).
29. By qualifying for this Promotion, each Eligible Player agrees that any personal information (including guest details) provided in connection with the Promotion may be held and used by the Promoter (and/or its agents and suppliers) in order to administer the prizes and contact winners.
30. Eligible Players have the right to exercise their rights (access, rectification, cancellation and opposition) by contacting dataprotection@entaingroup.com.
31. The Promoter will use all personal data in accordance with their privacy policy and the relevant data protection legislation.

34. We reserve the right to change or end any Sports Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons.

We may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
