This could be an above-average maiden with some nice types on show. Agamemnon (second choice) looks sure to show more as long as he breaks on better terms than at Newmarket, but AMERICAN PSYCHO has the best form on offer after his debut second at Salisbury last week and may well go one better here. Bill The Bull showed plenty of speed when fourth in the Brocklesby at Doncaster in March and also comes into the reckoning, along with Undercover Affair and debutante Najmet Minzaal. [Andrew Bladen]
