This should set things up for the dominant closers Renegade and GOLDEN TEMPO to play out another close encounter. The latter has missed some time, having spiked a temperature since his authoritative Belmont win, but can shrug off fitness concerns and confirm superiority over his old foe. Sea Strike (second choice) was deeply impressive in a good Listed race last time and can reach a place.
