Last year's runner-up Docpickedme (second choice) looks set to go well in this race again after an encouraging effort in the Rehearsal at Newcastle a couple of weeks ago. Alcedo was successful on that same Newcastle card and is likely still on a workable mark if his stamina holds, stepping back up to 3m, but the vote goes to PRINCE ZALTAR (nap). The form of his hurdle second to Kikijo at Cheltenham last month was boosted when that winner saw off another progressive sort (pair clear) at Sandown last weekend, so Dan Skelton's charge, who won over fences in Ireland, looks well treated back chasing off the same mark as at Cheltenham.
