Verdict

Willie Mullins saddled Green Splendour to win this race 12 months ago, and the same owners' Look Me has plausible claims judged on two promising runs at Fairyhouse. However, the clear form pick is Cheltenham Festival third BASS HUNTER and Chris Gordon's likeable front-runner is taken to regain the winning thread following earlier all-the-way successes in warm races at Newbury and Ascot. The others have something to find on the figures, but Risky Obsession looked a useful prospect before floundering on heavy ground last time, while Merlin Allen was impressive over C&D in the autumn and retains potential.
