By participating in this Promotion, you will have to agree to these Promotional Terms and Conditions. It is important that you read them carefully as they explain how this promotion works, including relevant restrictions and wagering requirements.

These Promotional Terms & Conditions apply to this in-shop and online Free Bet Promotion (the “Promotion”). They should be read alongside our General Website Terms & Conditions. These terms can be accessed here

PROMOTIONAL PERIOD

1. This Promotion is available to Eligible Customers (defined below) every week, from Monday to Sunday, from 09:00 on 16/03/2026 until 22:00 05/04/26 (the “Promotional Period”).

WHO QUALIFIES FOR THIS PROMOTION

2. This Promotion is available to new and existing real money ‘Coral Rewards’ Shop customers who register/have registered a Coral Reward Card to their coral.co.uk (the “Website”) online account, in-shop with a staff member and who:
   1. are over 18 years old;
   2. are UK residents; and
   3. are eligible to receive Shop & Website promotions.

3. An Eligible Customer cannot enter this Promotion if they are accessing the Website from a restricted country. A list of countries from which an Eligible Player may access their Website account can be found here
4. Employees of the Promoter, any advertising agency or web company connected with the promoter or any such person's agents or members of their families or households, are not eligible to participate in this Promotion. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the eligibility of all participants.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE IN THIS PROMOTION

5. To claim this Promotion, an Eligible Customer must be a ‘Coral Rewards’ customer, make a deposit of £10+ in one single transaction in-shop and then place Qualifying Bet (as detailed below) during the Promotional Period. ‘Coral Rewards’ full terms and conditions can be accessed HERE and in-shop.
6. The Qualifying Bet placed online must be a real money sports bet, placed on any sports market, of at least £10 at fractional odds totalling 1/2 or greater. For a single line accumulator bet, each individual selection of the bet must be at fractional odds of 1/2 or greater to be deemed a Qualifying Bet. Please note that only the win parts of win/each-way bets will qualify.
7. Void or cashed-out bets will not qualify for this Promotion. 
8. A bet will not be considered a Qualifying Bet if it is wagered on Tote or Pools. 
9. The Qualifying Bet cannot be cashed out. 
10. Eligible Customers who have placed a Qualifying Bet during the Promotional Period will receive one £10 Free Bet to be used on their Website account.
11. Eligible Customers can participate in this Promotion a maximum of once per week.

ONLINE £10 FREE BET SPECIFIC TERMS

12. The £10 Free Bet will be credited the Monday immediately following qualification and must be used within 7 days of it being credited to the Eligible Customer’s Website account, otherwise it will expire. 
13. The Free Bet must be wagered in full and can be used on any sportsbook markets except Virtual Sports markets, Tote, or Pools.
14. The Free Bet cannot be redeemed for cash at any time.    
15. The value of the Free Bet will not be included in any winnings.
16. The Free Bet is not returned if the Free Bet wager becomes void.
17. The Free Bet is not eligible for cashout.

OTHER IMPORTANT TERMS

20. Ladbrokes Betting & Gaming Limited is the operating company for any betting activity in any Coral betting shops.
21. We reserve the right to change or end any Sports Promotion, if required for legal and/or regulatory reasons. 
22. If you have made one or more qualifying bets in relation to this Sports Promotion and your betting levels are subsequently restricted by us, we will make sure that this will not materially affect your ability to satisfy the conditions to qualify for this Sports Promotion (if applicable) or to fully benefit from the free bets available. 
23. We may place restrictions on your account in order to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, this could include deposit restrictions and restrictions on the bonus offers that you can participate in. We will not be responsible should these restrictions, which may include Safer Gambling measures, affect your ability to complete the requirements of this promotion and/or to release any bonus, benefits or prizes.
24. Where the Promoter suspects that a player is guilty of fraudulent activity, the Promoter reserves the right to suspend or remove that player from the Promotion, and/or suspend that player’s account and/or suspend the Promotion pending further investigation.
25. In the event of any error or system failure, or any error in the crediting of funds, winnings, or bonuses to an Eligible Player’s Website account in connection with this Promotion, the Promoter reserves the right to correct the error and withhold funds or winnings resulting from such error in accordance with its General Terms and Conditions.
