Fastest qualifier here, and very good on debut at Pontchateau in mid-February, NOUVELLE KARA (10) should appreciate the Laval profile and Arnaud Desmottes can be justifiably confident of another big run. NEOUVIELLE (9) debuted well at Cabourg and even though eliminated on her Graignes return, she must still be considered a leading contender. NIKKI BEACH JISCE (11) was given a couple of runs last summer before being put away for the rest of the year; she has had ample time to grow into herself, sports pads for the first time, and will be reunited with Eric Raffin. NOSTALGIQUE JAYF (3) may not have set off any fireworks in qualification but he hails from a good yard and must be taken seriously.
