Joe Tizzard: “We don’t think he will be far away here”

Coral ambassador Joe Tizzard previews his runners at Cheltenham on Friday
It’s his first run of the season but he has been going well at home so we don’t think he will be far away here. He remains off a competitive mark and it is a smallish field for this race.
He had a good couple of nice wins last season, including at Wincanton where he beat a horse who won a Grade Three contest at Ascot last month. He goes well fresh so hopefully he can show what he is capable of again.
🏇 Show them the way Amarillo
He was a little awkward at times earlier in the race but there's no problems up the @wincantonraces straight for Amarillo Sky, who makes all to take the feature race of the day for the in-form partnership of @brendanp1995 and @colintizzard 🏆 pic.twitter.com/kCV8MWcT9d

He has already qualified for the veterans’ final at Sandown in January, so we are just hoping to get a couple of runs into him before that race. 2m4f around Cheltenham is a little short for him, but he should have a nice spin around the track.
Schooling has gone well and by the time January comes around, this horse should start peaking again.
November Meeting
This is a great three-day meeting. We have runners on Friday and Saturday. We then head to Fontwell on Sunday. This is obviously one of the biggest meetings in the early stages of the season. If we can come away with a winner or two, we will be over the moon.
