Joe Tizzard Friday Cheltenham runners blog: 'I can see him finishing in the first three or four'

Joe Tizzard previews his one runner on Friday at Cheltenham's Showcase Meeting in his latest Coral ambassador blog.

When the Coral Racing Club members came to the yard recently, this was one of the horses to follow for the season I gave them, so it goes without saying he’s a young horse I really like.  We gave a lot of money for him after he won his point-to-point, and his third in a Kempton Bumper has worked out well.

My horses will always improve for a run at this early stage of the season, so he won’t be fully revved up for this, but this will be run on lovely ground, we can ride him as if it’s his debut, give him a nice education, and if he’s good enough to get involved, then we’ll go for it. I can certainly see him finishing in the first three or four this time, and then he’ll go somewhere for his second hurdles run and have a great chance of winning.
