Exclusive Blackjack

Exclusive Blackjack is a live dealer table you won't find anywhere else. It runs from our own studio, plays by the standard blackjack rules you already know, and there are four of them sat in the lobby, so there's usually a seat with your name on it ready to be taken.

There's no software dealing here. A real dealer stands at a real table with a real shoe, and the camera puts you right in front of the action.

The studio is Coral's own, built around the brand rather than a random studio, with other tables going on behind the dealer. It is all just Coral. The camera swaps between a wide shot of the whole table and a close-up on the cards as they come out - you see everything just like you are there in person..

Your betting positions sit on screen under the video. Theres a set place on the screen for your chips, seat, hand total and the clock ticking down on the betting window. It makes no difference if you are on a laptiojn or smaller screen phone, it all still looks and works the same. 

If you've played blackjack before, you're sorted. The aim is to finish closer to 21 than the dealer without tipping over it.

Pick of your chip, drop it onto your seat, and make sure you get your bet down before the window shuts. You and the dealer each get dealt two cards. Yours land face up, and one of the dealer's stays face down until the end.

Then it's over to you:

• Hit for another card

• Stand to stick with what you've got

• Double down to double your stake for exactly one more card

• Split a matching pair into two hands

Once everybody at the table has had their turn, the dealer plays theirs and the round settles itself. Picture cards count as a ten, and an ace is can be one or eleven, whichever does you a favour. All in the aim of reaching closest to 21.

There are seven seats on each table and four tables to pick from, which is the best thing about this one. When the other rooms have filled up of an evening, there’s always quite a good chance you will get a spot here. .

Stakes begin at £1, so you don't need a big balance to join in, and each table's limits are on the tile before you open it. If every seat's taken, you can bet behind and back somebody else's hand rather than sitting there waiting for one to open up.

The chat is a two way feature between you and the dealer. Remember they are a real person - when they see your screen name if you type a message, they will answer you by name -  a fun interactive features that makes a live table feel different to playing against a machine. Say hello and you'll get one back. If you'd rather just concentrate on the cards, close the panel and crack on.
