This is a tricky puzzle to solve but it might pay to chance the fitness of lightly raced 6yo ALAN DE BANKS, who ran well in defeat on his handicap hurdle debut in January and switches to fences with considerable potential. Willmount has hit some bumps in the road and been very lightly raced since his impressive hurdle debut in 2023 but he may yet do well over fences for his new stable. Elysian Knight, who ended last season in good form over hurdles, and Bective Abbey are also considered.[Chris Wilson]
