We are authorised by the Horserace Totalisator Board to accept bets for settlement at Totalisator odds. This authority does not include Greyhounds or Irish Racing. If Tote odds are not specified by a customer bets are settled at starting price unless otherwise stated in our rules.
19.1 Tote Scoop6
The Scoop6 operates on the six Tote nominated races on Saturdays. The nominated races will normally be shown live on TV and maybe over one or more different race meetings. To win the Scoop6 win dividend, you must pick the winner of all six races, to win the place dividend you must pick a placed horse in all six races. A bonus fund also operates for winners of the scoop6 win dividend.
19.2 Tote Jackpot
The Jackpot operates on the first six consecutive races at the Jackpot meeting as nominated by the Tote. To win the Jackpot you must pick the winner of all six races.
19.3 Tote Placepot
The Placepot operates on the first six consecutive races at any UK meeting. To win the Placepot your selections must be successfully placed in each of the six races.
19.4 Tote Trifecta
Trifecta races are nominated by the Tote each day. To win the Trifecta you must select the 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the correct order.
19.5 Tote Quadpot
The Quadpot operates on four consecutive races as decided by the Tote (usually the last four Placepot races of a Placepot meeting). To win the Quadpot you must have a selection placed in each race.
19.6 Tote Exacta
The Exacta is available on races of 3 or more runners. To win the Tote Exacta you must correctly select the winner and the second in the correct order.
19.7 Tote Each Way
Tote Each Way is available on all races of 5 or more runners. If there are insufficient runners for a place dividend the place part of an each way bet at tote odds goes on to win.
19.8 Tote Place Only
Tote Place Only bets are available on all races of 5 or more. . If there are insufficient runners for a place dividend the place part of an each way bet at tote odds goes on to win.
19.9 Tote Non-Runner Rules
For Win, Each Way, Place only, Exacta and Trifecta bets which contain a non-runner, stakes will be refunded. For Jackpot, Placepot, Quadpot and Scoop6 bets the SP favourite replaces the non-runner. Where there are Joint or Co favourites, the favourite with the lowest race card number will apply for settlement.
19.10 Unnamed Favourites
With the exception of Jackpot, Placepot, Scoop6 and Quadpot, bets for unnamed favourites are not accepted at Tote returns.
