Telebetting Rules

Football

UNLESS OTHERWISE STATED, ALL FOOTBALL BETS ARE SETTLED ON 90 MINUTES PLAY (SEE 27.1)

27.1  General Rules
a)  All football bets will be settled on 90 minutes play. This includes time added by the referee in respect of injuries and other stoppages. Extra Time, Golden Goals, Silver Goals, and Penalty Shoot Outs do not count. However, in some instances we may offer prices such as To Win Outright, To Win in Extra Time etc in which case this rule does not apply.
b) Prices are subject to fluctuation.
c) All bets will be settled according to the result passed by the Press Association (the National News agency which supplies football match statistics to the media at the conclusion of the match).
d) Any selection(s) involved in matches which have already kicked off will be deemed void except where we are offering betting in running or offering betting at half time.
e) Any Selection(s) which are involved in matches which are postponed, abandoned (where the game has not started), or re-arranged will be deemed void unless played between Friday and Monday (inclusive) of that weekend for weekend matches, or played not later than Friday of that week for midweek matches.
f) Selections which are involved in matches where there is a change made to their  scheduled opponent, or if the venue is changed (either reversed so the Home team  plays Away; or changed to a neutral venue) will be deemed void.
g) Related Contingencies:
A bet is deemed to be related if either:
i) The same selection is chosen to win two or more different events and is combined in an Accumulator or other Multiple bet.
Example: 1 Double - Arsenal to win the Premiership and the FA Cup
ii) Different selections are chosen in the same event and combined in an  Accumulator or other Multiple bet
Example: 1 Double - Arsenal to win 2-1 and Henry to score first
The cumulative odds for bets such as these if quoted in error will not count. Instead your bet will be settled at the special related odds (if they were on offer at the time) or your stakes will be equally divided where any selections which are deemed related clash.

27.2  Problems with Bet Instructions
Please also refer to Rules 6, 7 and 8 in conjunction with these rules.
a) Only matches and bets for which we quote prices may be accepted. Any bet taken in error for a match, tournament or market for which no prices are available will be deemed void.
b)  Unless otherwise specified all bets which state a particular team to win will be settled on the 90 minute result of the next match which they play. From time to time we may offer betting on the Outright result, to Win in Extra Time etc. If a customer wishes to place such a bet this should be stated clearly when the bet is placed. Likewise if a customer wishes to place an Ante-Post bet they must clearly state To win the Premiership / Division One etc otherwise the bet will be settled on the next match which that particular team play.
c)  In the event that a customer fails to specify first, last or score at any time in respect of a goalscorer bet, it will be settled as first goalscorer.
