Double Result Betting

The Double Result concession applies to all UK and Irish bets only.  It applies to all singles & multiple bets and there are no restrictions on stake.

Settlement is governed by the result given by the racecourse judge (as transmitted by the 'Course Betting Service') with the following exceptions:

  • Ante Post Bets
  • Its jockey failed to weigh in
  • Forecasts & Tricasts
  • Any Tote or Pari-Mutuel bets
  • Void Races
  • It was not given in error by the judge
  • Selection taking the wrong course
  • 'Betting without favourites' markets
  • Selection carrying wrong weight
  • Daily challenge bets (jockey, meeting, tipster challenges & match bets)

First Past the Post betting is available on South African racing and other racing that returns an SP which are not covered by the Double Result concession in rule 13 above.
