The process of accepting a bet via telephone is as follows:

• State your name, account number and password (if applicable)
• State the bet you would like to place
• The operator will then read back your bet(s)
• You should then confirm that these details are correct*
• Wait for full confirmation prior to terminating the call (i.e. wait for confirmation that the bet has been accepted by Coral and that funds are available)**

*Please listen carefully and point out any discrepancies immediately as bets will stand in accordance with our telephonist's verbal confirmation at the end of the call: in accordance with our rules and subject to any correction made by the caller at the time.
** If the call is terminated prior to completion of bet confirmation it is the customer's responsibility to call back immediately to restate the bet and complete the transaction.  Otherwise the bet will stand providing we are satisfied as to the intended instructions, that sufficient funds are available, and conditional on those instructions being acceptable to us. We reserve the right to refuse any bet either in whole or in part.
