Any To Come or If Cash Bets may not be placed on ante-post selections.
It must be clearly stated from which part of the bet the “any-to-come” is to be taken or to which part the “any-to-come” is to be applied.
The conditional part of an “any-to-come” bet is executed on the understanding that the total cash in hand at any stage will be applied to the settlement in the order as given of the remaining instructions. Cash in hand from a selection cannot go on to that selection or a selection in the same race.
Should at any stage there be insufficient cash in hand to execute in full the next part of the “any-to-come” instruction, it will be settled in the proportion of the balance of cash in hand to the full stake required by that part of the instruction.
In the conditional part of an “any-to-come” bet, if the stake should be omitted the total amount staked on the preceding instructions or series of instructions is invested.
