What are decimal odds? back to top
Decimals are a different way of expressing odds, which are traditionally shown in fractional form by British bookmakers. Decimal odds make it easier to calculate your returns. You simply multiply the decimal odds offered by the amount you are staking. For multiple bets, multiply the decimal odds together and then multiply that by your stake. You can select whether to view the odds in fractions or in decimals by pressing Odds convert icon

Do I have to login first before I can make my bet? back to top
No. The Coral site allows you to go straight to the events you wish to bet on, make your selections, enter your stake and then submit your bet to be processed. Only at this stage will you be asked to login before your bet request can be accepted.

Is there any tax to be paid on bets with Coral? back to top
No, in accordance with British governement legislation betting tax was abolished on 6th October 2001.

What is the maximum payout with Coral? back to top
The maximum payout for all bets placed with Coral.co.uk will be £100,000 except for on greyhound racing which will have a maximum payout of £10,000.

What is the minimum stake? back to top
The minimum stake on single bets is £1 and for combination bets it is £0.10.

What is the minimum and maximum deposit? back to top
The minimum deposit is £5. There is no maximum amount that can be deposited in a 24 hour period.

Can I cancel my bets? back to top
No. Once we have accepted a bet from you the bet cannot be cancelled, and will be settled according to our rules. If you have made a genuine error while placing a bet with us, you should contact our Customer Care Team immediately.

What if I have a dispute with Coral? back to top
If you have a dispute with Coral we will seek to resolve the situation amicably between us. If the matter cannot be resolved, you can refer to the Independent Betting Arbitration Service (IBAS) whose decision will be binding on us.

How do my transactions appear on my bank account? back to top
The words "Eurobet (UK) Ltd." will appear on your statement.

Can I have more than one account? back to top
No. As there is no need for any customer to have more than one account, Coral reserve the right to close any multiple accounts.
