Player’s Limits

Whilst most customers are able to enjoy their gambling, Coral recognises that for a very small number of customers gambling ceases to be fun.
Should you wish to set a time limit to your gambling sessions and keep track of the amounts you deposit, Coral provides you with the following facilities:

Session Time Limit

This facility allows you to set a time limit to your sessions. Once you are logged in go to the Account Options dropdown menu and select Update Personal Details, then Responsible Gambling.
Set your session time limit per game, enter your password and click on Update.  Your time limit will come into immediate effect.

Please note: The session time limit you set in our Games section will not apply to the Casino section of our website. Learn how to set your session time limit in the Casino section.

Maximum deposit

This facility allows you to set a limit to how much you can deposit in your account.
Once you are logged in go to the Account Options dropdown menu and select Update Personal Details, then Responsible Gambling.
You will be able to set your daily and/or weekly maximum deposit amount.
Please note that if you have decreased your limit, changes will have immediate effect, however, if you have increased it, changes will come into effect in 24 hours.

Self Exclusion

The self-exclusion facility, enables customers to close their account for a minimum period of six months.
Unless you request self-exclusion, any account that is simply 'closed' can be re-opened by the customer at any time.
